Effectiveness and efficiency; Naturally not every project has the same list of logistic relevant points.

In the end though for the FAB, every idea, all plans and efforts resume in two goals – to enable a higher result with less effort possible for you!

From the business management point of view effectiveness and efficiency is given when costs are cut though same product performance. Or the productivity and product quality increases but costs remain. To reach these goals we set heaven and earth in movement (in logistics) – but effectiveness and efficiency are also preconditions for the project itself.
